Terms of Use

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Solutio Carto platform, accessible at solutio.work/cartographie, published by Solutio.

Solutio Carto is an AI-assisted organizational diagnostic tool that allows managers and consultants to map processes, teams and tools within their organization, identify dysfunction and generate a prioritized action plan.

Article 2 — Acceptance of terms

Registration and use of Solutio Carto imply full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

Solutio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The price of each plan is provided on a quote basis, before any order. Amounts charged are net, in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI (French micro-entreprise, SIREN 853 851 335). No VAT is added to the amount charged.

Article 4 — Registration and account

Using the service requires creating an account via email/password or Google authentication (OAuth). The user agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

The user is responsible for all activity under their account. In case of unauthorized use, they must immediately notify Solutio at contact@solutio.work.

Article 5 — Payment and pricing

Paid plans are offered as a one-time payment (no recurring subscription). Payment is processed via Stripe, a secure payment platform.

Each payment grants access to all features of the chosen plan for one diagnostic session. Access is permanent for that session.

Prices are listed in euros including tax. Solutio reserves the right to modify its pricing; new prices apply to new orders only.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal and refund

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement.

Nevertheless, Solutio offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not meet your expectations, contact us at contact@solutio.work within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Article 7 — Intellectual property

All elements of Solutio Carto (interface, algorithms, text, graphics, logos) are the exclusive property of Solutio and protected by copyright.

Reports and analyses generated by AI from the user's data are the property of the user. The user may export, share and freely use them in the course of their professional activity.

Article 8 — Personal data and confidentiality

Data entered by the user during the diagnostic is strictly confidential. It is stored securely on European servers (Supabase, Ireland region).

Data is processed by artificial intelligence models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) solely to generate the requested analyses. No data is used to train these models or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Article 9 — AI analysis limitations

Analyses and recommendations generated by Solutio Carto are produced by artificial intelligence models. They constitute decision-making aids and do not replace a complete professional audit.

Solutio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or relevance of all generated recommendations. The user remains solely responsible for decisions made based on these analyses.

The Guided plan includes human validation by an expert, providing a complementary perspective to AI analyses.

Article 10 — Service availability

Solutio strives to ensure service availability 24/7. However, access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or force majeure.

Solutio cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from temporary service unavailability.

Article 11 — Liability

Solutio commits to providing the service with due diligence. Its liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the subscribed plan.

Solutio cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of business, data loss or moral damages related to the use of the service.

Article 12 — Termination

The user may delete their account and data at any time by contacting contact@solutio.work.

Solutio reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of fraudulent, abusive or Terms-violating use, without notice or compensation.

Article 13 — White-label and resellers

Solutio Carto may be offered as a white-label solution by partner consultants and firms. In this case, the partner is responsible for the client relationship and compliance with these Terms with their own clients.

Article 14 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Rouen, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
