At Solutio it is AI-powered: you answer a questionnaire, the AI analyzes your responses and returns maturity scores, priority pain points and an action plan. In 10 minutes, where a consulting firm takes several weeks.

You answer questionnaires split into 10 thematic packs: strategy, human resources, finance, digital, sales… From a bank of over 2,300 questions, around 250 are selected based on your profile (size, industry, situation). The AI analyzes each pack as soon as it is completed and produces a maturity score, a radar, an interactive map of your organization, your strengths and weaknesses, the detected pain points and actionable quick wins. The first diagnostic takes about 10 minutes; the full questionnaire runs at your own pace, in 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the organization. Higher tiers add a cross-functional analysis connecting the 10 packs and a prioritized P1/P2/P3 action plan with tool recommendations. Everything exports to PDF and PowerPoint for sharing with a management committee.

Organizational maturity measures how structured and effective a company is in a given area: an SME can be highly mature commercially and fragile in HR management or financial steering. Solutio assigns a maturity score to each of the 10 analyzed packs (strategy, HR, finance, digital, sales…), which lets you compare areas against each other, visualize the whole on a radar and prioritize the areas holding performance back the most. It is the basis of a realistic action plan: rather than transforming everything at once, you address the most costly maturity gaps first, starting with the quick wins identified by the AI to get visible results fast.
